The Triangle Accredited Capital Forum brings attractive North Carolina business opportunities to private investors, by providing carefully selected entrepreneurs the opportunity to present their Business Plans to sophisticated investors, for seed or angel funding.
The Capital-Forum provides an event for entrepreneurs to discreetly meet private investors, and give them both an opportunity to establish a business relationship that is initiated at the event. There are no fees or funds being managed by the Capital Forum, which manages the attendance and the event to ensure that entrepreneurs and investors have a successful introduction.
The Capital-Forum has been formed by a consortium of several local firms who are interested in encouraging private investment in local companies.
The purpose of the Triangle Accredited Capital Forum is to enable local private investors to review high quality investment opportunities across multiple industries, in the company of other investors. Capital-Forum directors screen all Business Plans and work with the entrepreneurs to assure the quality of the plans and presentations.
The forum meetings are invitation-only events, which will be held at the First Flight Venture Center, in Research Triangle Park. In addition to the presenting entrepreneurs, attendance is strictly limited to the investors and the Capital-Forum directors.
